The next institutional seminar is going to take place on the 21st of June 2024 at 09:30 in the IAP seminar room. Our colleague MVDr. Andrea Lauková, CSc. will talk about: Functional foods made with the help of beneficial bacterial strains. There will also be a possibility to attend this seminar virtually.

The next institutional seminar is going to take place on the 15th of March 2024 at 13:00 in the IABG seminar room. We look forward to hearing from our guest speaker Mgr. Ján Jamroškovič, PhD. from the Institute of Molecular Biology SAS, who received a scholarship within the Impulse programme. The topic of his lecture will be: G-quadruplex DNA for genetic engineering in bacteria. There will also be a possibility to attend this seminar virtually.

The next institutional seminar is going to take place on the 16th of February 2024 at 09:00 in the IABG seminar room. Our colleague RNDr. Ľubor Košťál, CSc. from IABG will talk about: Tickling, a technique for inducing positive affect in animals.

The next institutional seminar is going to take place on the 08th of December 2023 at 10:00 in the IMPG seminar room. Our colleague MUDr. Daniil Grinchii, PhD. from IMPG will talk about: Effects of acute and chronic administration of trace amine-associated receptor 1 (TAAR1) ligands on in vivo excitability of central monoamine-secreting neurons in rats.

The next institutional seminar is going to take place on the 24th of November 2023 at 10:00 in the IMPG seminar room. Our colleague Ing. Kristína Šimoničová, PhD. from IMPG will talk about: Different mechanisms of resistance to hypomethylating agents in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia.

The next institutional seminar is going to take place on the 20th of October 2023 at 09:30 in the IAP seminar room in Košice (Pri Hati 10). Our colleague MVDr. Ľubomíra Grešáková, PhD. from IAP will talk about: Dietary zinc and fibre source can influence the intestinal absorption of trace minerals and biomechanical bone properties in weaned piglets.
