Every June, the Slovak Academy of Sciences celebrates emerging scientific talent, and this year we are especially proud that two colleagues from the Centre of Biosciences were among the awarded researchers in the 2nd Division of Sciences of SAS!
Ing. Michaela Domšicová, PhD. from the Institute of Molecular Physiology and Genetics CBs SAS received 2nd place in the SAS Competition for Young Researchers under 35 with her work:
“Application of aptamers in the diagnostics of lifestyle-related diseases.”
Mgr. Vladimíra Hoďová from the Institute of Animal Biochemistry and Genetics CBs SAS received 2nd place in the SAS PhD Students’ Competition for her work:
“Neurogenesis and learned vocal communication in songbirds.”
We sincerely congratulate both awardees and wish them continued success in their scientific careers!
Jún už tradične patrí na Slovenskej akadémii vied oslavám mladých vedeckých talentov a tento rok sme obzvlášť hrdí, že medzi ocenenými v rámci druhého oddelenia vied boli aj dve kolegyne z Centra biovied SAV.
